Kaylee J Cartwright, BSN, RN

Kaylee was very caring and concerned about me personally. She saw me my second week in the hospital and was my nurse again another week. She remembered how sick I had been and how I had improved. She was very sensitive to my needs and knew that I had been in the hospital so long that she arranged, with the approval of my doctor, to have my wife bring my dog for an outside visit.

She thought of this because she worried about me as a heart patient waiting for transport to another facility for a possible transplant and that seeing my dog would lift my spirits for what lies ahead. I truly appreciated her kindness and thoughtfulness to make this happen. This is something I will always remember.
