I had to be admitted to the women's unit because I was having a mental health crisis and nurse Kaylee Ojala was the first person that welcomed me to the floor. She made me feel so welcome throughout my stay. I was very scared, anxious, irritable, and downright tearful when I arrived. She had nothing but kind, caring, and heartfelt words for me throughout my entire weeklong stay at the facility. Even when she wasn't my nurse, she always had a warm, wonderful, and beautiful smile for me and answered any questions I had that popped up during my stay. She even gave me copious amounts of water to drink to ensure I stayed hydrated. 

Her kind words, hilarious sense of humor, and empathetic heart made my stay much more bearable. I don't know what I'd do without her if I hadn't met her. I verbally thanked her myself, but she deserved to be recognized for all of her hard work and the dedication she showed not only to me but to every patient that was in her care. Every patient was better under her care. Everyone left the facility in a little better condition because of her in my honest opinion. Please keep up the great work Kaylee as you're an amazing nurse and person.
