I would like to nominate our NICU nurse Kaylee for recognition and an award for the extraordinary care she has provided to our baby and family.
Having a baby in the NICU is one of the most difficult experiences a parent can face. From the moment she cared for our daughter, she brought not only exceptional clinical skill but also compassion, kindness, and reassurance during an incredibly stressful time. She consistently treated our baby with genuine love and attention, always taking the time to explain procedures, answer questions, and ease our fears. Her calm presence gave us confidence that our daughter was receiving the very best care possible.
Kaylee celebrated every milestone with us, no matter how small, and provided encouragement during the difficult days. What sets her apart is the way she cares for the entire family, not just the patient. She made us feel seen, heard, and supported when we needed it most. Her dedication, professionalism, and heartfelt compassion have made a lasting impact on our family that we will never forget.
