Kayleigh "Kay" Balinski, RN

My RN Kay has been amazing the two days that I've been a patient. I do not remember much on my first day besides Kay making sure I was staying comfortable. I needed a tube put down my throat, and she went above and beyond when it needed to be done. I barely recall it happening.

Kay is very professional and great at explaining and re-explaining what I did not remember or understand the doctor saying. She brought me towels, pillows, blankets, shower supplies, everything to make my stay more comfortable. You can tell Kay loves her job, and she is very good at it.

Anyone who is lucky enough to have her as their RN will be fully cared for and satisfied with staying at UPHSM. I have had many health issues that has led me to needing to stay hospitalized and I have never had a worker of any kind be so caring and dedicated as Kay.

I truly feel she needs to be recognized for being so awesome.
