Kayley was such a wonderful care provider for my son (the patient) and me. By the time that we made it to the floor, we were exhausted, confused, and overwhelmed (not to mention that he was obviously quite sick). Kayley introduced herself and promised that she would take care of us. Well, that was an understatement! Her knowledge of nursing shined through with the exceptional skills that she utilized. Beyond that, however, her genuine care for my son was a true blessing for us. He was nervous, uncomfortable, and as with many sick patients, had some unpleasant bodily functions. Kayley comforted him emotionally and physically while treating him with dignity the entire time. Her shift ended at 7 pm, and the whole night, I just looked at the clock, counting the hours until she would return in the morning. Bright and early, she was back and continued to provide the most compassionate care. Thank you, Kaylee!
