Kaylie Neumeier, RN

On behalf of my loving Mother, her children, and her grandchildren I would like to commend Kaylie Neumeier for the amazing above and beyond care that she exhibited during my mom's very long stay. From the very first introduction Kaylie exhibited care and compassion by jumping in and volunteering to work side by side with my mom in her fight to live. Kaylie always made sure that she provided all my mom's requests while always making sure that she was warm, dry, and comfortable.
At a time when my mom's mental status was declining and she sometimes became argumentative about taking her meds or eating, Kaylie would sit calmly with her and bit by bit get her to cooperate. She always looked my mom in her eyes and explained every little thing to her and my mom listened. She seemed to understand that she cared for her and wanted to help her feel better. Kaylie you are a super star!
