Kaylie served as the day shift nurse during our son's stay in the NICU. She displayed tremendous initiative in helping guide us through the process as adoptive parents. She kept us tied into the social worker, physician, and the rest of the NICU team. Her personable manner and patience with questions/requests showed a level of care that can't be faked. Further, she displayed a deft touch in integrating the birth mother into the circle of care. Her performance speaks volumes and I would recommend others to ARMC based on the care she demonstrated.
