My mom collapsed in cardiac arrest in Macy’s. Kaylin was walking by and immediately jumped in and provided great CPR to my mom and saved her life. She then went above and beyond and drove my daughter and me to the hospital. She has remained in touch, providing support. There are no words to express our gratitude.
