Each and every nurse and staff member treated me with professionalism, kindness, compassion and patience. In addition to that, if my family or friends were visiting, they would ask if they were ok or if they needed anything. That meant so much to me. I was lucky enough to have the same nurse for several days in a row. I cannot say enough about Kaylin. She took time to explain everything that was happening to me. Kaylin patiently listened to my morphine induced stories and inquiries. She was always cheerful and made me laugh regularly. But most memorably, Kaylin cried with me. Over the course of my stay, I had several terrifying episodes. Kaylin held my hand and reassured me and helped me understand what was happening and how the medical staff was responding. I cannot thank Kaylin enough for helping me through that time in my life.
