Kaylin was a great nurse. She was very knowledgeable and caring. She answered all of our questions. She is calm and reassuring in stressful situations. My mom's birthday happened to fall during her stay. Kaylin brought her a balloon and a piece of cake which was above and beyond what we expected. She was a great nurse!

We really appreciated the care and compassion that Kaylin showed to our mom! She was always so pleasant and caring! She took the time to answer questions and was very patient and courteous. It was our mom's birthday while she was hospitalized, and Kaylin brought her a nice card, balloon, and a piece of cake! That was so special to my mom and it really brightened her day!
