She is the pure embodiment of teamwork. She normally works day but when we are short RNs or a charge at night, she always volunteers to flip her schedule. When she is in charge, amazing. When resources are often so limited, she somehow manages to be everywhere helping everyone while managing her own patients. She makes me smile and deserves to be recognized.

She has been picking up day and night shifts to support the floor. She fills in as relief supervisor and is extremely helpful to all staff, patients, and visitors. She goes above and beyond every shift.
