My wife was being treated by a doctor at your hospital. Her IV went out
and a PIC line was ordered. After waiting seven and a half hours,
Kayola knew that my wife needed her antibiotics. She needed to battle
the infection that she was being treated for. Nurse Brown had the
assistance of another nurse. Together, they used the best bedside
manners possible. This put my wife at ease when they started a new IV.
Kayola could have passed the buck, but she didn't. She is an asset to
BMH.
