Over the course of a few days, Kaysea spent time helping a patient, listening to her concerns, giving her emotional support and making phone calls to the OR and doctors to keep the patient updated and work on coming up with a plan of care for her - the patient's support team was an hour away and not available to her when needed. Kaysea was in tune with the patient's needs and was a great comfort to her.
