Keaton Ruggles, RN

From start to finish of our stay in the ICU with our mom, we had a good experience for an unfortunate situation. Keaton, however, took the time on our mom's final day on earth to really just step up and be there and meet us where we were. He listened, gave advice, gave hope, allowed us to spend time together in the room, and mostly provided care for our mom as if she were his own. Though our outcome wasn't what we had hoped, we know that in her final days, she was comfortable and well taken care of. We truly appreciate that.
