Kedian Mair, RN

I am a monitor tech in this unit. I met Kedian in my 2nd year. She is really a hardworking nurse. She is very passionate about caring for her patients and also, helps her co-workers whenever they need her. I was really happy when she is promoted to clinical manager. She is a good listener, and she makes sure all of her team members are okay with their job and if they need any help she will be there at the right time. She is concerned about all her patients in the unit and addresses all their needs. Communication is the other good skill that I have noticed in her. She treats everyone equally and does her duties efficiently. I wish her all the best. She is the BEST!
