Keeila was just wonderful from the beginning. We came from Utah and were emergently hospitalized, she made our experience so much more palatable. She was caring, pleasant and incredibly helpful. We loved her and noticed how hard she worked, always did things and honored our requests quickly, efficiently and always with a smile! She is a great asset!
