Keenan took the time to carefully explain what was happening and why. He also put you at ease in going over what he just related to you knowing that often the patient doesn't always pick up on everything said. He did so professionally and in a caring manner. He carefully outlined various scenarios/outcomes and gave you his best opinion on your situation. In my opinion, he was not overly optimistic or pessimistic.
