I have been an administrator for 22 years, working with hundreds of personnel. It was very obvious to me that Mr. Scoggins was exceptional. He was meticulous with every facet of my care following my hip replacement. He was articulate and professional with explanations. He was very personable and courteous at all times. He followed through on everything he said he would do. I give Keenon Scoggins an 11 out of 10 score for being one of the best nurses I have ever experienced. I have had six or more surgeries, four of which at Grandview. This is my go-to hospital. Keep up the great work!
