Keerthan epitomizes the qualities of a DAISY nurse. He is caring, compassionate, critical thinker, flexible, helpful, and a strong patient advocate. Keerthan wears various hats as a: Team Leader, Charge Nurse, Clinical Resource, and Mentor to new undergraduate nurses. Keerthan is currently working on completing his Masters of Science in Nursing and holds a specialty certification. He constantly encourages his peers to elevate their knowledge and skillset. Keerthan not only focuses himself with patient care and needs, but also with meeting the Organizations goals and helping to achieve best patient outcomes and nurse recruitment and retention. We appreciate all that he embodies and those who he has empowered.
