Her dedication to both her patients and her team is inspiring, and she consistently goes above and beyond in every aspect of her role. Keghan exemplifies what it means to be a compassionate caregiver. I have personally witnessed her get down on her hands and knees to scrub a patient's feet—an act that may seem small, but spoke volumes about the dignity, respect, and kindness with which she treats her patients. She doesn’t hesitate to step in and help our nurse techs, always jumping in with a positive attitude and a willingness to share the workload. More than anything, Keghan is a fierce advocate for her patients. She ensures that every voice is heard and that each patient receives the care and respect they deserve. She anticipates needs before they're spoken and speaks up when something needs to be done differently to ensure the best outcomes. Her critical thinking, empathy, and patient-centered mindset make her a role model for all of us. Keghan is the nurse I aspire to be. Her humility, work ethic, and unwavering compassion set the standard for excellence in nursing.
