Kehau was so caring and understanding. She took the time to listen to our concerns and answer them with such clarity. She also gave us advice and assured us that she would address any problems that we encountered prior to coming to floor 9.

She encouraged us to ask questions and if things were still unclear, to ask a manager or charge nurse for clarification.

She was so sweet and respectful when she provided care to my dad. She never rushed off if we were voicing our concerns or if we had any questions.

The thing that impressed us most was when she called the next day (her day off) to make sure that the nurses were taking good care of my dad.
