I have been present with my dad all week from 8 am to 7:30 pm, and this nurse has always been pleasant and accommodating to my family and me. This nurse has truly been there for us. Visiting and staying for long hours is exhausting, but seeing this nurse care for everyone-walking up and down the hallway, going from room to room-has been uplifting. She always maintains a positive attitude and is very understanding. I hope your team will consider hiring or training more nurses like this one. This nurse is dedicated, approachable, and has great attention to detail while remaining highly professional. She is a valuable member of your staff, and I hope you acknowledge the important contributions this nurse makes to the team.
