Keila went above and beyond to provide excellent services to me during my stay while she was on shift. She was at all times patient with me and made sure all my questions or concerns were properly addressed. She made my stay here very welcoming. She made sure I had everything I needed before and after my procedures. She would make sure to check on me throughout her shift to make sure I was OK. She was very patient with me, especially when my anxiety was really high. She tried to help me remain calm and remained friendly throughout my whole situation. She also made sure to direct any concerns I had to my doctor to get the right response on what to do. She tried to keep a smile on my face even when I was in pain. She is an excellent nurse, and she really deserves to be awarded for her outstanding work as a nurse. She shows that there are people who actually care for their patients and their needs. Thank you for allowing Keila to help me during my stay here at the hospital. I do look forward to having her assist me in any future care if and when needed again.
