I was at SSH and Keila was my nurse. I was here for kidney stone pain. Keila was a relief from the moment she walked into the room. She entered the room with a big smile and promptly explained what they were going to do. The smile and positive attitude along with the sympathetic understating instantly gave me comfort. Keila was very attentive and took the time to listen to all my concerns; I cannot tell you how much this helped. Though it was early and I was in pain, the whole experience was positive and dare I say enjoyable due to this wonderful nurse.
