Keira helped aide in the delivery of our baby girl. After a scary entrance into the world, our baby was taken to the NICU and as one can imagine, we were distraught. While my husband went to be with our baby, Keira reassured me the entire time and kept me focused on other things to distract from my worries, including asking me about my favorite coffee and what I was most excited to eat after delivery. She immediately brought me some snacks and checked on me often. She took me to visit my baby for the first time and made sure to let me press the baby button before taking me to postpartum, despite not being able to have my baby with me in my arms. She was incredibly thoughtful and kind and her words were always encouraging.

Beyond the care I received from her during labor, Keira took the time to check up on me and my family the day after while I was in postpartum care, and was so excited our baby girl was back with us. Keira showed us that she’s not only an incredible nurse who provided incredible care, but an incredible person who truly cares about each of her patients. One can tell that Keira truly has a passion for her profession and has a heart for all of the patients she sees. She didn’t have to come check up on us, but she chose to. To me—that meant everything. Thank you, Kiera, for the care and kindness you showed to me and my family. We will never forget it!
