Keisha Everett, LPN

My dad was at St Joseph's for rehab after over a week in the hospital. The day I want to tell you about is the day he passed. Keisha Everett was kind, gentle, and caring to my dad the entire time he was there, but was especially caring to his family as well on the day he died. She took her time to talk with us and my dad with such compassion. She gently touched my dad, spoke to him, and explained what she was doing, then gently spoke with us, gave us options, and hugged me when I was so distraught. I can’t think of anything more she could have done to gently care for us during this extremely difficult time. Her passion and love for her profession were evident each day. I couldn’t have asked or imagined more caring healthcare professionals, and it was an honor to have them care for my dad in his final weeks of life.
