A nomination from a co-worker stated: “We recently had a patient who made themselves a DNR as their condition was deteriorating quickly from a terminal diagnosis. The patient was to be transferred upstairs and had mentioned that watching clouds was a favorite childhood memory. Keisha arranged it to where the patient could be taken outside to our courtyard briefly on their transition upstairs to a new room. This simple task meant the world to the patient and brought a much-needed smile to them.” Thank you, Keisha, for all you do!
