Keith goes above and beyond each and every shift for this hospital and our staff
Every time I come to work and see Keith's blue minivan, I feel confident that the hospital will be well supported. Keith is diligent in rounding on all the units and checking in with staff. Regardless of what is going on, he takes the time to listen to each of our complaints. He makes every effort to get all that is needed for staff and for patients. I can count on him to be a voice of reason and sanity.
I remember a night that I was having a breakdown, stressed about 3 critical patients, and Keith came and listened to me vent. He said, "We're all in this together", which gave me relief. Keith goes above and beyond each and every shift for this hospital and our staff and I hope that he knows how much he is appreciated and proud to be on the same team.
Keith rounds very frequently on the floors to ensure the staff is okay. He is always willing and flexible to help out when asked. Keith is an exceptional nursing supervisor and person. He is always willing to give a helping hand. Even on the craziest of nights, Keith makes it a point to round on the floors to make sure we are doing well. You can always bet on hearing "Helllooo" when you see Keith for the first time during the night.
All in all, Keith is more than deserving of recognition for all his hard work and dedication. We feel so lucky we get the privilege to work with Keith. Not only does he go above and beyond each shift, but he also does so much more. He always makes rounds (multiple times) to make sure the unit, staff, and patients are okay. He always is willing to jump in and help on the floor regardless of the issue at hand.
We cannot thank him enough for every single thing he does each shift. He is simply the best and deserves to be recognized. He never misses a beat and follows up on concerns/situations that we talked about hours ago! I always get excited to know it's going to be a good night when I know he's our supervisor. His energy and caring personality set him apart!
