Keith has been the nurse for both of my parents on multiple occasions. He is always genuine in his care and compassion for the patient and our family. He was my mother's nurse the day she died. His care and concern for my mother, father and our entire family (which is large) were beyond extraordinary. He was respectful of our mother's wishes (DNR), but also respectful to get the family in to see her before she passed. His actions, both professional and personal, made this time much easier for our family. It is easy to see that he not only loves his job but also the patients and families that he cares for.
