Tuesday afternoon after lunch Keithlee was working from her office that has a view of the DMC parking lot. Keithlee noticed someone was lying on the ground in possible distress. Keithlee told Jennifer Evans (NP). Jennifer ran down the stairs from the fourth floor, 7 months pregnant, to access and assist the person. As she ran down the stairs Keithlee called 911. When Jennifer approached the person laying on the ground she quickly noticed that she was unresponsive and wasn't breathing. Jennifer immediately began chest compressions. After Keithlee concluded the call with the 911 dispatcher, she also ran downstairs to assist and relieve Jennifer. At this point, Keithlee started administering chest compressions until the paramedics arrived.
These ladies quickly and appropriately reacted to the situation at hand. Truly providing good help to those in need.
