Kel was so very helpful for our stay at the hospital. At our stay on the third night at Southview Medical Center after my son was born, my son was very fussy, and we were struggling with sleep. Kel brought us the breast pump by which I expressed some colostrum and Kel suggested to take the baby to the nursery so that we get some rest. I didn't want to give formula to my newborn son, so Kel had suggested me to express the breast milk. She took the baby to the nursery and we got much needed a few hours of sleep.
Kel brought the baby back so that I could nurse the baby again. She again offered to take the baby to the nursery for us to take some rest. She even helped us to change the baby diapers and helped us to put the baby to sleep (my baby was very fussy and was waking up every time I put him to sleep.) She was the kindest, sweetest nurse I had ever seen. She was able to anticipate our baby issues without us even stating it. She was very instinctive and very good at her job. I am really grateful that she was our nurse for the night shift that night we were struggling with a newborn.
