My father was in a terrible auto accident and admitted to the Trauma unit with multiple injuries – the most severe being an aortic tear. This nurse has shown incredible compassion for our family by spending time with us while answering all our questions. This nurse uses a calm, reassuring, and gentle tone. Her expertise was evident in her explanations regarding what was happening with his body, his care, and what to expect. This nurse has been amazing and a wonderful source of comfort for all of us.
