My dad was admitted to the hospital and was placed on 3CW. When we arrived on the floor, we first interacted with Kelcey. The family and I want to thank her for her frontline care and for making the admission process seamless. My dad had several health-related issues that caused concern for our entire family. Kelcey was attentive and took the time to address our concerns calmly. Her care reassured us and significantly impacted how we coped with the situation. Her professionalism and compassion greatly impressed the entire family. Unfortunately, my father passed away, but we would like to thank Kelcey for ensuring that my father's final discharge went smoothly and for offering an empathetic ear during this life-changing event.
