Kelcie does her job with so much compassion and truly cares about her patients. I saw this when she went out of her way so many times to do things for not only myself, the patient, but for my family member who was staying here with me. She took the time to explain to us absolutely any and everything that we asked her that we were unsure of, and if she didn't know herself, she found out exactly what it was that we needed to know. Although she has many patients to care for at one time, she always made you feel as though you were/are the only one. She was extremely quick at responding to the "call" button and returning just as fast with whatever it was that "we" needed. It didn't matter how many times her attention was needed in my room, she always came in with a huge smile on her face, and a very cheerful and uplifting attitude, (that always helps, being that we're in these circumstances). Thank you all for caring for me during this time.
