I was a patient at Parkland Hospital and "Kay" was my nurse. She was so on point with making sure I received everything I needed medically. She made sure I was in no pain from the time she introduced herself to the time her shift ended. Kay is a hardworking, loving, caring, and terrific nurse. I could go on and on about Kay and how wonderful she is. Kay is the type of nurse who you want representing Parkland Hospital. She stood out to me from other nurses I encountered in the ED. Kay is very deserving of the DAISY Award in my eyes because of the treatment I received from her. Thank you Kay!
