Keli Ash, RN

Our 46-year-old daughter has a history of paranoia and schizophrenia, but was at the Emergency Department at Amery for a flare-up of her ulcerative colitis. As part of her mental illness, our daughter doesn't trust anyone or anything. Questions everything and is argumentative. Keli was so kind, spoke quietly, and answered all the questions our daughter asked. She showed her all of the medications she was given and looked them up online for her. She was able to get our daughter to allow her to administer IVs and other medical procedures. Keli was so patient and kind. I was in the room with our daughter and was so impressed with Keli's skills.
