On Monday, I brought my seven-year-old daughter into Urgent Care for what I thought was a cold/flu-related stomach pain. After being triaged and seen by a provider, it was determined that we needed to go to the Emergency Department. From the moment we were assigned a room where Kelle came in, she was very friendly, talked kindly to my daughter, and made her feel at ease with everything that we were doing. Kelle explained every step as it happened, engaged my daughter by asking her questions, etc. In no time, she was on an IV, tests were running, and we were scheduled to be transferred to Mary Bridge. What was an uncertain situation that could have been incredibly stressful was negated by Kelle’s friendly and sweet demeanor with my daughter. Thank you!
