Today, I received yet another message from a physician about how amazing Kellen is. She went above and beyond for a patient to ensure they got the care they needed. She is very passionate about taking care of others, and her actions are proof. A patient was seen for a follow-up appointment post-ablation. The patient had a stroke after the procedure, which caused vision difficulty; therefore, they needed to see a neurologist STAT. All of our neurologists are booked months out. Kellen reached out to her leadership team for advice on what to do. After following the advice from her leadership team, she then went out of her way to call the patient's insurance company to see which neurologists were in their network. She continued to follow up with the team and the patient to ensure he got what he needed.

This is just one example of how she goes above and beyond to provide the best care—there are so many more. Her team and providers trust her. She is a go-to resource for all of OHHVI. She is extremely selfless and empathetic and loves what she does. Kellen is an example to all of us of how things should be done.
