Kelley Berge, BSN, RN
Kelley always has a positive attitude even after a stressful shift. She is a great teacher, leader, and coworker. She is always going above and beyond! She is always willing to help no matter what. She does an excellent job at training new RNs. Kelley is very passionate about her job and her patients. She comes to work with a smile and leaves with a smile. Patients consistently compliment Kelley on her compassionate and caring attitude. Specifically, there have been numerous occasions Kelley has stayed after giving report to tie up loose ends with her patients. She stayed to give medications, change dressings, set up IVs, and also has stayed late to help with cleaning a patient and changing their linens. Kelley is always very positive and friendly with both staff and patients. She is always willing to help coworkers and continuously makes me feel calmer and I feel supported having her around. I think she brings a wonderful light to the unit and I think she deserves recognition for everything she does.
