There are no words to describe the amount of compassion and care Kelley has provided for a recent patient. I have had the pleasure to work with Kelley Coleman on nights for the past 8 days. Not only has Kelley gone above and beyond to provide excellent care to our patient, but she has also been a pivotal role in facilitating communication between family medicine, the patient's family and specialists on board. At any point, Kelley has always been available and very up to date with our patient's clinical status. Despite the critical situation of our patient, Kelley has remained 100% positive and hopeful of a good outcome. Also worth mentioning, Kelley has continuously provided very well thought suggestions/advice in regards to our patient's unknown disease process. It is very clear and evident that Kelley is the type of nurse who truly loves her job and the patients she cares for. Our patient, despite the outcome, is very fortunate to have a nurse like Kelley. We should acknowledge and praise her for the compassion and care she provided every single day. We truly need more nurses like Kelley in this world. She sets a great example for others to lead.
