My friend was scheduled for a colonoscopy and was extremely anxious because of childhood trauma. After we shared this information with Kelley she immediately took the initiative to communicate with the necessary staff. As a result of her efforts, the type of anesthesia used was adjusted so my friend would be more comfortable during the procedure. Kelley demonstrated the best of the nursing profession with compassion, skill, and quick problem-solving.
