Kelley K Massey, LPN

I have had the pleasure of working with Kelley, here in the Olympia Clinic. We had a lot of nurses out on leave, and it was an "all hands on deck." We got a message in our chat on Teams that a veteran came in in regard to a pressure ulcer on his buttock. Kelley went out and assisted the veteran even though he was not a veteran on her team or on the team she was told to cover. She then came and got me to help with the evaluation portion of the visit and the dressing of the wound after a covering provider did a "drive-by" so he could place his recommendations. The veteran was so happy with the care that he received and that we saw him in a timely manner. Kelley put the veteran at the top of her list on a busy day, collaborated with her team, and sought help when needed. Our LPNs are so busy every day doing dozens of tasks, but Kelley does them with grace and a smile despite the kind of day it is. I am in awe of Kelley's work ethic and amazing spirit. We are very honored to have her here in our clinic.
