Kelli is an amazing RN! She's excellent at everything she does, not only to her patients but also to her colleagues. Kelli always listens to her patients and treats them with respect. If her patients need something in the middle of the night, she doesn't mind to go out of her way to deliver the best care she can. Kelli is also a strong team player. Once she's done with her 1:1 hours, she always reaches out to other nurses so she can help them with patient care or take a patient from them to make sure everyone's workload is fair and equal. I feel safer whenever Kelli is around because I know I can always count on her and I know she has my back!
