Kelli is very approachable, she is empathetic and caring. She is passionate about her job and is a very good role model and mentor for our department. Kelli is very calm and level-headed. She encourages staff to bring forth better and updated tools to achieve department goals. She will listen to each employee’s recommendations for ways to improve department procedures.
