Kelli Jo Shultz, RN

Kelli-Jo was nominated by a patient for her Compassion. The patient was very upset regarding personal issues outside of her medical care. Kelli-Jo sat and listened to her talk about her worries with empathy and compassion, even sharing some of her own personal struggles. Kelli-Jo is credited for turning the patient's outlook around, helping her to jump-start her recovery. The patient stated, "Kelli-Jo ...Wow, what a person. She is an Angel on Earth."
