Kelli walks into the room and immediately you start feeling better. Her wonderful cheery personality is really nice to be around. She is attentive to your needs and follows up quickly with something she might be getting for you, or just checking in to see how you are doing. Everyone at Sequoia has been great, but Kelli goes the extra mile. It is hard to explain, but I really look forward to when her shift starts. I can tell she makes the extra effort for everyone she works with. She would be worthy of any award that is given for the outstanding care of patients. She makes me smile!

I felt like we were at a 5-star resort with the treatment and hospitality we received at Sequoia. While everyone was outstanding in the commitment to our comfort and wellbeing during our stay, Kelli exuded warmth, positivity, professionalism, humor, charm, respect, and attention to detail. She was responsive but also proactive in providing care. She was knowledgeable about our medical questions/issues and an amazing multitasker. She lit up the room whenever she arrived, which always seemed to be the right time before we thought we needed something. We’re truly grateful for all the care we received and this opportunity to express our appreciation.
