Kelli Kappus, RN

The IMPACT team is excited to announce our first Honoree of the DAISY Nurse Leader award: Kelli Kappus, RN, Manager SICU/SPCU. The criteria for this award, as described by The DAISY Foundation, includes “creating an environment where attributes of trust, compassion, mutual respect, continued professional development, and ethical behavior are modeled and supported.” Kelli’s nomination clearly showed that she does this.
