Where do we even begin to tell what it's meant to have Kelli as our mom's nurse? She has been exceptionally kind, caring, and compassionate. Every time we have called, she practically bounces into the room with a big smile on her face. Her sunny disposition makes us all smile. Kelli always listens to our concerns and addresses them. When we missed one of the doctors, Kelli put a call in to him for us to meet in person. We also appreciated her thoughtfulness and professionalism. Whenever we called her, she came right in. No question, problem, or concern we had was ever too big or too small for her to answer, address, or calm. Best of all has been her kind and compassionate care of our mom. She treats her with so much patience and love. We were never worried about leaving mom's room for a while when Kelli was here. We know that the nursing profession is a vocation that draws people of compassion, but Kelli gives her whole heart to her patients and their families - above and beyond the call of duty. We so appreciate her loving care of our mom….and us!
