Kelli Susee, RN

Kelli and her assistant were outstanding during my post op stay on the 4th floor of East Madison Hospital. Kelli really stood out for her compassion, her willingness to take extra time with me despite a heavy workload, and her genuine efforts to get to know me as a person as well as a patient. I never felt she was rushed or going through the motions, so to speak, that she wanted to do everything possible to make my stay a positive experience. I actually overheard two other nurses in the post-op recovery area speaking about Kelli in glowing, positive terms as I was waking up. How much both ladies made the recovery nurses’ jobs easier as they transition post-op patients up to the 4th floor. They said something like “Kelli makes their jobs so much easier with her helpfulness, prompt responses, and making the extra effort to get patients transferred up to Floor 4". Thanks to Kelli for making my stay so much better!
