Kelli went above and beyond her call of duty, by being especially nice and considerate of my needs in the ER. She explained my condition in a way that has never been explained to me before. She was very knowledgeable about my particular condition and told me what to expect with the treatment that would follow. I had very low potassium levels and had to be infused with potassium. She made me feel at ease and very comfortable. She even checked on me several times to make sure I was comfortable. If I ever have to come to the ER again I hope I’m lucky enough to get Kelli Terwelp as my nurse.
